Thread: Have we seen anything bigger and better ?

We had a member come by our facility, and I wanted to express the outcome of that visit.

Mimi is a nearby local member, that wanted to come by and check out our facility and verify our claims. After Mimi had come by, she is now a moderator on our forum, because she seen firsthand the team we have, the massive inventory we have, and now more than ever believes in what we are doing.

For those that may be interested to know, Mimi lived reasonably local and made it a point to come by and visit us. She spent the better part of an hour with us, and got to see the vast amount of inventory that we are dealing with, got to know our staff quite intimately in such a short period of time....

Mimi is the rare person that understands this kind of business, and she was describing her knowledge about inventory specialized in furniture. Do you realize to allocate just 1 item to 1 member equivocates to this.

1 person that buys the item
2 people to move the item
another person to stage and photograph the item (sometimes 2)
another person to enter an item
another person to price an item
another person to start listing the item on classified sites.
2 people and a truck to deliver it when it sales.
2 people in shipping department for mail shipments.

This is just the process for one item.

It is a simple process. But going from an offline way of doing this, to bringing the inventory into the system with over 100,000 items in inventory we need to get our processing system PERFECTED.

We were capable of handling better volume than 90% of the internet launches out there. Yes. We were ready. Do you know what a big internet marketing launch is? 10-30 thousand dollars in the first 30 days.

That means we would buy that much furniture, physically handle all the processes, allocate to members, sell the item, and then deliver it.

That would have been a piece of cake. That is a big internet launch. Most affiliate marketers are lucky to ever break 10k a month. If you have your own site maybe 30-50k on an extremely successful launch.

We were doing that PER DAY and it did not let up.

.Allocation = relaunch = we better be prepared.

We have hired and had staff come and go already working to get key people at each department of the processes.

This was the biggest task.
