If you are interested in making a remarkable income and become a credit partner, please let me know. We have a program ideal for passive real estate investors. All you need to have is good credit.

Hi there, paragon. I'm sorry, I should have mentioned sooner, I am working with someone on a real estate venture already. However, I thank you for your reply and perhaps in the future, we might work together, but I am working with someone else at the moment.

Congrats AJ that U R into Realty and if you wish to expand on behalf of your "Investors" portfolios, PM me as I just made more contact & negotiations with markets in Shanghai (China) and two upcoming Condo Projects with exclusive offers on several units... very interesting for the "Flipping Investor" as market is buoyant and turnover, HUGE!!!

Actually, YogiBrood, perhaps you or someone else here CAN help! :) My partner and I are trying to get lines of credit to do our venture and are STILL a bit short! Do you know of any places we could look to get credit? We're doing residential rehabiliations. So far, we've applied with Bank of America, Capital One, Citibank, American Express, Wells Fargo and Advanta. We need approximately $30,000 to get started yet in credit line.

Well, thanks for your time and I appreciate your reply, just thought perhaps you or someone else here at ROLClub had some ideas...

If you can't get the 30,000 usd from a bank, have u talked to private investors? Venture-investing companies?

Default Thanks for the input, anonymus, appreciate it!

Hi, anonymus, as for getting lines of credit from the bank, that doesn't work, from what I've been told, because they can pick and choose the deals you can do, you don't have much say in it, the way I understand that.

As far as private investors and venture investing companies, not sure if that would work for what we are doing, but if we had some idea of credit card companies we could apply to, other than the ones listed above, perhaps that would help us out.

I appreciate your help, though, thanks for the reply!

Hello AJ (and anyone else that is interested),

I have an opportunity for you to partner with our company.

We have a proven business model, used for centuries, and over 37 years experience using it.

We can give you a minmum of 10% of any credit lines that our sources will establish, which will earn you up to $150K within 90 days.

Unless you prefer a share of the company, which your share could be worth in excess of $1,000,000 in the next 12 months.

    Contact me for the details

    Hello AJ,

I wanted to check in and see if you may be looking for other real estate ventures as a silent credit or cash partner. I am an expert in the Kansas City Foreclosure Market. If you are interested please feel free to send me a PM and we can go over some details. If you are already obligated, is there someone you may be able to refer me to?

Look forward to hearing from you

Hi there! I am no longer interested in doing a "silent" credit partnership, so you can delete this item if you like, Admin! I AM a member of a TERRIFIC online business with a SOLID, DEBT-FREE offline presence. If you would like the websites to my business, please feel free to PM me and I will get them to you. Have a GREAT day! :-)
