Good question, and believe me, very simple with the advance programming used today. I sent Bryan the overview I had been working on for years adressing all the negatives of typical MLM's and matrices in particular, so who knows, I just appreciate the fact Bryan cares about fairness for all, not just those who try to get in at top. How many hear would be happy with a couple grand a month, with a few surprise $12K months a year? That is the question everyone needs to answer for themselves. A reversing matrix can spread out the earnings to more people, and I personally think that is the answer to stopping attrition, the killer of all programs over time.

I like your idea Mike. It would definitely minimize the attrition of those already in the program and it would make one hellova selling point for getting new people to sign up.

I've been thinking about this a little more and it really sounds good. You could flip-flop people on a random basis (call it a lottery, lol) and make the swap a random number of levels, i.e. some might swap up or down 2 levels but the big winner(s) would swap up or down 5 or 6 levels. This would keep everyone hungry to add more people because then you could "insulate" yourself from the swap if/when it happens. Plus the person who got temporarily moved up will stay hungry because they will experience, firsthand, the thrill of seeing the "fat" checks that arrive when you're higher in the matrix. Sounds Win-Win to me.

You hit it right on (or spot on, for all you European's). IF the matrix is jumbled up once a month, you just eliminated the question of "Who got in when, and how did they do it?"

If this can be accomplished, you'll even get "gloomy Gus's" like me interested.

Not suggesting anything, but I think alot of folks new to Hyips, Matrixes, MLM, or whatever, like myself, don't have a fighting chance. IMHO, by the most hit the internet arena, they are already populated with upline. Everyone new are used to fill in downline. Not an encouraging thought, but I suspect it happens more than it doesn't.

A couple of days ago, I posted theorizing on the possibility of having a lottery to fill matrix spots (and by the way, Shell, my eyes are blue, not green). However, to make something like REAL sellable, shaking up the old matrix tree on a regular basis, is about the fairest it could ever be. No doubts about where you are & why, or about "inside tracks".

Bryan, you want alot more participants? I'd say go for it!!

Years ago I had come up with this as an answer to keep perpetuating growth of the then new matrix programs by adding a reversing matrix divided into alternating reversing quadrants. Then every month software would invert each quadrant, or however many divisions you wanted to make it, and this would keep it interesting for everyone, especially those at bottom of matrix.

This was the best system yet to allow everyone to be king for a month, and this would keep everyone active which was the only way to prevent attrition, the killer of all programs. After all, who would drop out if they knew they would be on top of matrix a couple times a year, or however you set it up. As we all know, once a matrix starts to fill, too many drop outs from attrition kill them, so this little twist was the solution, too bad nobody has used it yet.

IF the matrix is shaken up monthly, would it be possible to have a forum page that shows the current matrix setup?

Talk about keeping interest in a program, if this kinda info was posted, I think membership would soar sky-high.
