To ensure the longevity of restructured PIPS, please consider limit those accounts with credit card signups/transactions have their 1st withdawal 6 months after the credit card transaction. It will definitely eliminate "chargeback" & "fraud card" problem.

There are many bad people out there, they can use credit card join the restructured PIPS and choose monthly payment option, then they charge back before the end of the 6th month.

I agree with the '6 month lock' proposal..However, that could/would be a detriment and something that would cause someone to not join..There are ways to make a credit card irrevocable- meaning there is no way to do a chargeback on it..I think that would be a more elegant solution then imposing a 6 month lock on a person's account that is opened via a credit card. Just my thoughts..If Bryan is unable to make the CC charge irrevocable then I would whole heartedly support a 6 month lock on CC accounts.
