I know some sites like elance and guru.com give away projects but most of them ask for a fees to get projects. Is there any such free sites which i can join to start getting projects to work at home? It should be genuine by the way.

u can earn frm gogle adsense n bidvertiser by developing a new site r frm bloggers but first u shld develop ur site to get good traffic r u can try PTR sites and also more u can earn frm the sites wch pays to view pics

There are so much sites,which pays nice money.yes adsense is best but you need a website or a free blog,after having blog keep nice content and show to google adsense ,they will approve you site.After that keep there ads in your site.they will pay by pay per click.If anybody clicks in your blog/website you will get atleast 0.08$ to 2$.But traffic is key to earn.
