We increased the minimum sales to 6 tickets a week, but also included your own purchases in those. So yes you can buy the tickets yourself to qualify.

You can't sell the lotto tickets in the U.S.

Also it is only illegal to sale physical ticket.

Referring some one to lotto web site it is also legal. So why people think it is problem. It is important to understand and interpret law properly.
