Account/ID

How long does it take to verify my account?

Your account is verified via email almost instantly. Should you not receive this email, please contact [email protected] to arrange manual verification of your account.


Will you require any further proof of identification (such as copies of Government Issue I.D) or copies of utility bills.?

Each Exchanger has to satisfy the requirements of Know Your Customer legislation. ExchangesPlus is no different. We reserve the right to request further information from you for verification purposes, including contact via the phone number you provide. In the event that you do not wish to (or cannot) provide appropriate identification, any funds you have sent to us will be returned.


Payment

1. Do you accept PayPal,or Credit Cards?

No. Please do not ask as refusal could cause embarrassment.


2. What are your minimum order limits?

Our minimum fee is $10 USD. So as long as your order is more than the minimum fee you are covered.


3. What are your maximum order limits?

There is a 10k per person per week limit. Should this not meet your requirements, contact us at [email protected] to discuss your specific requirements.


4. Do I need a Purchase Order or Invoice Number?

An Order Number is automatically created when you complete your transaction. You will be notifed via email of this Order Number, as well as a copy of the information that you have submitted.


5. Why should I pay any commission?

The rates charged are comparable with the market generally. We strive to provide a total quality service, and believe that you are getting full value for your fees.


6. How long will it take for my transaction to be completed?

Direct cash deposits are usually processed within 24 hours of receiving the funds. We are working to ensure that most, if not all, exchanges are completed within 24 hours.


8. How can I make sure ExchangesPlus pays to my correct account.

It is vital that you provide us with accurate information at the time of your transaction. Check and double check. We will pay to where your order states should be paid.


9. What will Exchanges Plus place in the memo of my spend transaction?

We create an Order Number to identify each transaction. This number is unique. Your payment will be referenced by this order number.

10. Anti-Money Laundering Policy:

Exchangesplus participates fully in all government regulated anti-money laundering policies. Suspicious large deposits in excess of $3000 USD will be reported to appropriate government authorities. Members are required to keep their accounts and contact information current at all times. Any accounts found to contain incorrect and/or outdated information will be suspended and all funds held. Members wishing to use certain features of their account will be required to verify their identity via government issued photo ID and other appropriate documentation. All submitted documentation is held in the strictest confidence. However, in cases of intentional abuse, any member participating, abetting or assisting in fraudulent and/or attempted fraudulent activities relinquishes any and all rights to privacy of personal information. Additionally we will charge a fee from any user who is identified as attempting a fraudulent transaction. Such fee is determined solely by Exchangesplus staff.
