I hadn't heard anything or gotten any thing from weathtool box for a month or so, but my wife's account is growing. So I signed up again under mine and an email was going to come to me and it didn't nor is any of my signature, intant returns, now WT says they cannot find my account (at least the window says that)...all is lost I guess, but where are all my sign-ups going?

Is there any one with the answer, or are going thru the same thing?
