Yes, I agree, this would have been of great assistance, but technically, they talked about it, but if there is fine line between what can be stated about investing by company or representatives. This is an issue all fringe investment companies have to be careful about, even though they were not doing the trading, they could still be in trouble for even giving what may be considered investment advice.
