I invested with this real estate company which had been doing well for about 7 years.Then suddenly they encountered some problem with the Government and they closed down.Now the case is going on and I doubt if we will get something.This may not exactly be a scam but for me it is bigger than a scam.

YB: What is the name of the Real Estate Company??? You have invested in them and felt not long after, suspicious and reached a conclusion that rates them higher above a Scam status.. so why are you afraid to mention the name so others can be on the lookout as from your posting??? Your warning makes little sense here.
