Here's what I got......

Dear Sir, With regards to the refund, we are still working on a distribution proposalto the Court. The accused Tan Poh Choon ("Tan"), the main person in-charge of theGinsystem Inc, for fraud in relation to their investment scheme, hadearlier been convicted by the Singapore Courts for fraud and was sentencedto 18 months imprisonment. However, in March 2006, Tan had absconded fromSingapore whilst on Court bail. Recently, in October 2007, Tan was re-arrested and charged in the SingaporeCourts for the remaining 59 outstanding charges of cheating. He iscurrently serving his 18 months imprisonment. Tan has indicated that he would be claiming trial to all the 59 cheatingcharges and the case has been fixed for court trial in March 2008. As aresult of this latest development, the process on the refunds may bedelayed as we are preparing the case for Court trial against Tan. We seek your understanding and patience in the matter.
