Just thought I would let you guys know that Dr Tan was re arrested last October and is serving the remainder of the 18 months sentence, he will be charged with another 58 counts soon so the case still rolls on hence no payout yet.

My contacts inform me there's about $2.2m still sitting in the Standard Chartered account Singapore attracting interest that will be distributed when this is over less of course the CAD costs, I know someone at Standard Chartered who has confirmed the account is still there.
