They are licensed and allowed to conduct business. When a person buys a lotto ticket, they know the odds of their winning, and they know they could also lose.
A Scam is an ILLEGAL activity. It is STEALING. Only those early in get paid, and that is paid by those who follow who will receive nothing. A Scam "claims" all will win. Not just one or possibly multiple winners, but everyone. Do you really believe that if everyone who is conned into investing in a scam was told upfront that only the first in would be paid, they would sign-up? You have got to be kidding me, or you are totally delusional.
I love it when you have to throw in President Bush to try and bolster your arguement What a hoot. Love how you always try to compare *****s to oranges, but I digress.
So if you really don't think it is a big deal that you "Made," and I use that term lightly, money that was stolen from others, what's your beef? Obviously you don't think there is anything wrong with it.
