Hi i like all three proposals and they are listed in my sequence of preferance.As i have run my own businesses for more than 25 years i look at the overall picture to see what makes a business work what are the possibilitys,what external factors affect its profitability which are out of your control.The greater degree of control the more security.Lodgical evaluation means that the portal will most fit into all those requirements.It has however the least calculatable rate of return from the out set because it it is all based on asumptions, now i am not saying that that is a bad thing. It has the most expotential growth possibility of the 3 .It comes back to the stearage and creative direction from the helm.
No one person has the vision or ability to cover all aspects of such an enormous amount of possibilitys.There needs to be a think tank created to brian storm possibilitys .Once a direction decided on a ,game plan,implementation,profit targets set ,goals set , reevaluationand & revision procedures to enhance ROI on at least a bi anual basis and a divesification plan to expand income bases, all branches to be self sustianable on their own merrit and if sold of or wound up not effecting the club performance on a negative basis.This is a full blown operation folks ,who is going to put in the time and comitment?how will those be compensated? Human nature being what it is most members will go along for the armchair ride,passive income, no involvement apart from supplying funds, this is not being critical of anyone its just the way it is Fact otherwise nobody would be in HYIPs
All the average Joe wants is a dependable,reliable long term source of regular income without any brain drain, give them that and you have got a winner.
