This sounds like some nice ideas, specially the portal plan i think will be a big success.
A surfer with 5% monthly or a Hyip program for this? sounds fine in my ears.
To defend 5% monthly is no problem to do with low risk.
It can even get bigger than that also but then the risk is getting bigger, so 5% sounds like a good plan!
Diesel tank project sounds like for only a few ppl who know the business and have worked with sales before.
But i'm sure that this can be a big success for the right person.
But that Portal idea sounds like the best plan to me,, i'm in :-)
