There have been many slanderous books on the market and publisher and author had nothing to fear if the upper establishment supports the work ;-) But beside that, Bryan had better things to do and at the time the book was published surely couldn't afford any lawyers as the tiny fact has conveniently been forgotten here that all their funds have been frozen long before the book was even published. No money to sue and why even waste time and nerves under such circumstances?
