Well, your book was published in February and we know that at around this time Bryan was more or less alone preparing HALotto and was working on new ideas of restructuring PIPS for the case he has something ready when the investigation finishes. Suffice to say, he surely haven't had time and nerves thinking of Owen's book out there for he surely had better things to do.
