I knew my post would get your attention, neverthewiser, even way down in the mouse-hole you crawled into after your last post (16 August) in which you accused basically everyone left on the forum of being "sychophantic lemmings" -- the sole utterance you could manage after "barrygate" was exposed and your friends were banned. Glad to see I got under your thin skin, and brought you back into the light.
Not such a big shot anymore, eh? You, who brought the art of totalitarian censorship to a new world low. Not content to just remove posts and ban people like other members of the (former) thought police, you spliced and diced and recreated entire threads to cater to your own wild machinations (which are now a monument to the banned), then trotted around like some praise-seeking top tuna while all your miscreant fans oohed and aahed. Hope it was fun, but gee, it didn't last forever, huh?
Worse, you not only stood by but aided and abetted the merciless and systematic trashing and verbal abuse of people of good will and those with honest frustrations, month after month, while you basked in and abused your "power." I tell you this: in the ethers as well as possibly in the court of public opinion (no matter to me), that is a crime -- for which you will answer, some day, some life.
Sure, I complained when I was personnally attacked (as you have just done in your post, in your vicious little way), but not in the 'wah-wah' manner which you contend -- [typically, you misinterpret others and see only yourself and those like you, assigning the immature reactions you would have to others (I'd like to see how you'd react if the tables were turned, mr. thin skin)]; those attacks never touched me personnally, in fact they only went towards validating my points, as those who talked about honor and justice and fanciful facts, ad naseum, and then ranted and raved at any counterveling view, would suddenly become fit to be tied and show their true, childish colors, as you have here, and once again I am laughing.
On the contrary, I was just trying to see if one could justly and honestly have the forum's own rules enforced; under your watch that was impossible, as you stood by and laughed and condescended from your (formerly) impregnable perch. Thus many times I just had to bite my lip and move on. But I did manage not to get banned, even by you, and to live until another day, which happily has arrived.
As for posting about people who are not here, well sorry, but they left, didn't they? And isn't that what you and your pals used to do, day after day, laughing and gutter-balling just-banned people? You, in fact, were the worst, being a moderator and all. Furthermore, in this very thread I was the first to hint, and subsequently rush to support Yogi's suggestion, that they be unbanned!!!!! (THANKS MAREK!!! A VERY WISE AND MAGNANIMOUS MOVE, MEANS A LOTTA-LOTTA FOLKS CAN COME BACK, NO? MAYBE ALSO TIME TO PUT PIPS/HALOTTO IN THE 'CLOSED PROGRAMS' SECTION, IMHO) So I say, bring 'em on, who cares? I do not hide, as they now do, as I always knew they would. But, no doubt, as your example shows, if they do come back there will be NOTHING but personal attacks plus further hysterical hyperbole and/or extended purposeful misdirection about PIPS; what else can one expect? For that was all there ever was from that crowd.
You posed as a moderator while being an unabashed defender of Marsden's lies, a position you completely abused. Congratulations. Those who would try to take it back to the old days would probably have a big fight on their hands, especially with guardians like Yogi Bear around! I, for one, though, am done fighting, i.e. challenging the thought-controllers. It has been a most enjoyable experience. Let the truthful speak their mind and the truly twisted turn and wither in the wind.
