I wish to qualify my following remarks by saying that I am no Brian Marsden sycophant and my previous posts should confirm that.

However it is interesting to see that the benefit of innocent until proved guilty status, that no doubt many PIPS members enjoy in their own countries has been cast aside by many in this instance in the posts that I have seen given that these charges have now been made public.

Being charged is one thing being found guilty is another and it would seem that BM and his wife have entered not guilty pleas and that this will come before a Malaysian court on 13 September 2006.

If anything arising out of these proceedings we may all find out something about the PIPS investments and what was actually being done with our money and if their was ever any ROL.

In addition we may even find out who was actually responsible for the mess that PIPS ended up in.

Lets face it this presents the best opportunity that we have had for a long time to get some information which it seems no one was willing or able to provide.

Instead of running off at the mouth why dont you all cool it and ask if anyone can get to the Court proceeding to have a watching brief for all of us and to see if a copy of the Court proceeding transcript is available.
