IMHO we still don't know the truth. Slick rhetorical manipulation of kindness and accusation doesn't SOLVE it either. One person who withholds the truth from me is no better, in my eyes, than anyone else who withholds the truth!
There are many possibilities. For example, we've known for some time that PicPay was used for illegal purposes by many. Buyers and Sellers. Also moneys received via illegal CC and charged back to PXXS (or whatever platform used).
I'm surprised there are ONLY 41 counts. 41 transactions worth over $7 million USD. How does that work? That's over $170,000 USD a pop +/-. How does that work?
"Claim trial" simply means B&S don't accept the charges and want their day in court.
I do agree with the idea that if it turns out that we've been "done" B&S didn't do it alone!
